Sony PSP which is a better place to buy?

Hi, i am planning to buy a sony PSP.

is walmart a better place to buy or Best Buy.

both are next each other, walmart 90 day return policy and bestbuy 30 day return policy.

Would the Walmart PSP be of good quality and i am looking for firmware version 3.03 and below which is the best place to look for ….

and any suggestions of installation a HomeBrew firmware on 3.10 and higher are welcome
